This is perhaps one of the most exciting pieces I have ever conserved! Currently, I am working alongside another paintings conservator to clean this monumental masterpiece, by the distinguished Ridolfo di Ghirlandaio. The wood panel painting was sent in by the Santa Felicita church in Florence. As I am still working on this project, there are many more details to come, so watch this space!
