“Juliette” was conserved following the principles of minimal intervention and reversibility while focusing on maintaining the piece’s original patina which adheres to its historic value. Overall, the conservation treatment successfully addressed the issues identified during the pre-conservation assessment, ensuring the stability and aesthetic coherence of the artwork. The conservation interventions were carried out following best practices and with respect for the artwork's age and historical context. The painting can now be enjoyed and preserved for future generations, showcasing its original beauty and artistic intent.
